I had a great hair appointment at Salon Express Joondalup. It was a walk-in appointment, and I got a shampoo, haircut with bangs and layers, and a blow-dry ($143). The staff were really nice, and the lady who did my hair was excellent. I especially liked the head massage while she was washing my hair—she was very gentle and careful. They also offered refreshments, but I declined since I wasn’t in the mood. I really appreciate the customer service they provide. Overall, a very good experience.
